We supply trained, vetted care assistants, senior carers, nurses and support workers, for anything from one shift to a permanent position.
We don't run care homes ourselves. We find, check and support the people who work in them, and we look after our staff so they can look after your residents well.
We also help families who are looking for a carer for someone they love.
When we confirm a shift, it's covered, by someone who arrives on time and ready to work.
We choose staff for their kindness as well as their skills, because residents notice the difference.
Every worker is vetted, trained and kept up to date before and after they join us.
Clear rates, honest updates and a real person on the end of the phone.
Care homes trust us with their residents, and we take that seriously.

We supply trained, fully vetted care staff to care homes, nursing homes and care providers across England, and help families find the right carer.
Whichever role you need, every worker is interviewed, vetted and trained before they work with you.

Our care assistants (also known as healthcare assistants) look after residents' everyday needs with kindness and patience, and help your permanent team run a calm, safe shift.

Senior carers bring the experience to lead a shift, guide other staff and take on extra responsibilities such as medication rounds.

Our registered general and mental health nurses cover nursing homes and services with clinical needs. We check every nurse's NMC registration before each placement.

Support workers help adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or physical disabilities, in supported living and residential services.
Use us for a single shift, a few weeks or a permanent hire. Most homes use a mix.

One clear hourly rate for each role, a signed timesheet for every shift, and one invoice a week.
Ask for our full rate cardIf you're arranging care for someone you love, there may be help with the cost. Many families use a mix of these.
If savings and capital are above the council's upper limit, you'll usually arrange and pay for care yourself. This gives you full choice over who provides care and when.
You can still ask the council for a free needs assessment and advice.
Your local council can assess care needs for free. If the person is eligible, a financial assessment works out how much they'll contribute. The current limits in England are:
For care in a person's own home, the value of that home is not counted.
If the council agrees to fund care, you can ask for the money as a direct payment. This lets you choose who provides the care, instead of using a provider the council arranges.
If someone's needs are mainly health-related and complex, they may qualify for NHS Continuing Healthcare, which is fully funded by the NHS whatever their savings. Ask their GP, nurse or social worker about a checklist assessment.
We can't give financial advice, but we're happy to explain how arranging a carer works in practice and point you to the right people for independent advice.
Ask us a questionThis is general information for England, not financial advice. Limits and benefit rules can change, so always check the latest details with your local council, GOV.UK or an independent adviser. Information last checked: November 2026.
[Add your usual response time, e.g. "For urgent shifts we aim to confirm cover within two hours."]
Yes. Wherever possible we send staff who already know your home, and block bookings keep the same people with you week after week.
[Confirm your cover hours, e.g. "Yes, we supply staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."]
Every worker has an interview, ID check, enhanced DBS check, right to work check and references, plus up-to-date mandatory training. We check every nurse's NMC registration. See all our checks.
Contact your local council's adult social care team. The assessment is free, and anyone who appears to need care is entitled to one, whatever their finances.
